OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
OEKO-TEX® is an independent testing institute and certification system for textile products in all processing stages. The certification of recycled materials with the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is subject to effective quality management and strict rules. The polyester filling material is made of 100 % recycled polyester “post-consumer material, PET bottles and fibres”.
The GRS pursues the goal of increasing the proportion of recycled materials in a product. The standard allows companies to record the exact proportion of recycled material in a product and track it further through the production chain. Furthermore, ecological and chemical risks should be minimized. The polyester for the exterior and interior cover is made of 100 % post-consumer material, recycled polyester fibres.

RUCO-DRY ECO PLUS was developed based on a technology which is environmentally friendly and fluorine-free using highly branched polymers, and already belongs to the 3rd generation of products based on fluorine-free formulas. We incorporate Dura Loft H1 in our “Camping Line” and entry level “Active Line”.
High-performance spiral fiber filling, consisting of 4 components:
• 1.5D spiral-lightweight full fiber for weight minimization
• 3D spiral hollow fiber for optimal heat retaining
• 3D spiral full fiber for stabilization
• 4D Full fiber for thermal sealing
All components are thermally sealed for highest thermal capacity and durability. The spiral-shaped fiber has a very high restoring force, restoring the original loft once the sleeping bag has been removed from the packsack, in which it had been highly compressed. Dura Loft 3D Spiral is exclusively used for our performance series Hyperion.
Super loft filling consisting of 2 components:
• 6D 4- channel hollow fiber for optimal heat retaining
• 6D full fiber for stabilization
The 4 channel fiber offers the highest degree of insulation and optimum fill power (loft). Our truly proven Dura Loft H 4 filling is used for our “Performance Line“.
Lightweight filling consisting of 3 components:
• 0,78D micro fiber for weight minimization
• 3D Powerloft full fiber for stabilization and optimum loft
• 4D Full fiber for thermal sealing
Very easy to compress to achieve smallest pack size possible. Good insulation – weight ratio. The filling is thermally sealed. Dura Loft Density is used for our “Active Line” PAK 600 and PAK 1000.
